DefaultGraphic collects the minimum data needed to run the storefront, customer accounts, learning tools, and operational diagnostics. In the current recovery environment, some features operate in degraded or read-only mode while the full backend is being rebuilt.

- Storefront activity such as cart contents, purchases, download access, and checkout events.
- Learning-tool activity such as deck access, review progress, XP, and card usage when those features are active.
- Operational logs needed to secure the service, investigate abuse, and monitor runtime health.
How Data Is Used
- To authenticate customers and secure sessions.
- To fulfill purchases, enable downloads, and manage entitlements.
- To power Training Lab, cards, and campaign progression when those services are enabled.
- To troubleshoot issues, rate-limit abuse, and maintain site reliability.
Recovery Environment Notice
